The Living Sky Casino is the new home for Allied Arts Council presentations, providing 576 theater-style seats for performances and banquet seating for 200 guests. Its 50,000 square feet also houses 220 slot machines, six game tables, a deli, restaurant, lounge and stage. The $35 million project was a joint development between the File Hills Qu’Appelle Tribal Council and Saskatchewan Indian Gaming Authority.
Judge’s comment: “The design called for difficult interior and exterior shapes. The finished project showed quality workmanship.”
