Real estate services Title: Real estate consulting services RFP Due: Feb 12 at 2 pm Project No.: RTA/LE 2-99 Owner: Central Pgt Sound Regional Transit, Contracts Division, 1100 Second Ave., Ste. 500, Seattle, WA 98101-3423, 206-689-7445 Location: Seattle, WA Description: Provide regular quarterly market analysis and data reports in narrative format with supporting documentation of real estate market trends in the Puget Sound region, including sub-areas and specific neighborhood data throughout the Sound Transit regional area (King, Pierce and Snohomish as described in Sound Move); provide additional expertise to Sound Transit on an hourly rate, on-call consulting basis for project specific analyses including development of feasibility, financial and market analysis as directed; possess and relate knowledge of recent and pending real estate transactions that may be of interest to Sound Transit, including various types and locations, potential buyers and sellers; possess knowledge of various sectors of the real estate industry including developers, architects, construction contractors, brokers, property owners, investors, lenders, consultants and local government permitting officials; provide representation of Sound Transit as necessary; and provide real estate market research on specific segments of defined markets (regional, local, sub-area, neighborhood). The intention of this contract is to provide the Owner with accurate, timely, professional, responsive and informative data and advice regarding the future real estate market as well as providing insight and counseling for future market trends, specific project needs and other related real estate market information. It is not within the scope of work of this solicitation that the selected firms provide real estate brokerage services for the acquisition, leasing or disposition of real property although the selected firms may be asked to provide advice as to the specific benefits/risks associated with a particular project.
