Qualification Requirements: To the best extent possible, proposers are requested to establish and detail a plan to utilize small businesses. No mimimum level of participation has been established for this project. Small business participation is not required for consideration but will be an evaluative factor in the selection of a consultant. Submittals From: the owner. Notes: Following evaluation of the submittals, the Consultant Selection Committee will select finalists who may be invited to participate in an interview, if necessary.
