Project description: Expand the current parking structure at Sea-Tac Airport from 9.700 stalls to 12,700 stalls, making it the largest single parking structure in the United States. The job includes reconstruction of the exit toll booths/administration building, as well as the facility's cooling towers and related improvements and relocations. The parking terminal will continue to be in operation while it is expanded.

Original contract amount: $9,775,000 (billed to date).
Start of construction: April 27, 1998.
Expected completion date: July 5, 2000.
