Laurie Fulton has been promoted to manager of engineering services at Roth Hill Engineering Partners. Fulton has 15 years of engineering experience in drinking water, wastewater, stormwater and structural engineering.
Scott Slifer has been promoted to manager of project engineering. He has 20 years of engineering experience at the firm and has been involved in a number of civil engineering projects ranging from wastewater treatment plants to site drainage facilities.
Eilean Moreno-Davis has joined the firm as a project technician and environmental specialist. She has more than four years of experience conducting feasibility studies, drafting, document review and investigations for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers.

John "Jack" Steele started his career with SSOE in 1977 as a mechanical engineer. He has held numerous positions and established the Bellevue office in 1990.
Joe Kunkle has worked as an architect and senior project manager during his 15 years with the firm.
Norm Rehm is a licensed architect in 14 states and spearheads industrial architecture for the firm.
Ernie Smith joined SSOE in 1981 as a senior electrical engineer. Smith is a senior project manager on major projects for the automotive division.
Lee Warnick was hired in 1992 as manager of Troy, Michigan Healthcare Services and specializes in health care planning.

Don Hill, a civil engineer, has been named a project manager at Triad Associates, a Kirkland-based civil engineering, surveying and landscape architecture firm. Hill has more than 16 years experience as a civil engineer and specializes in site development and utility design. His recent projects include Pinnacle Sonata in Bothell, Wildwood Apartments in south Snohomish County, Touchstone Office Building in Kirkland and the Seaway Center commercial project in Everett.
Norm Schwab recently joined Triad Associates as marketing manager. Prior to joining Triad Associates, Norm worked for the city of Seattle, including seven years as staff to the City Council.
Also joining the firm is administrative assistant Sarah Koski.
Ken Larsen has been promoted to principal at Hargis Engineers, a mechanical and electrical consulting firm in Seattle. Prior to working for Hargis, Larsen was a project manager for The Boeing Co. He is currently working on the Seattle School District wide area network and the Eastlake Sammamish Shopping Center.
Brad Moore, senior civil engineer, has been promoted to assistant office manager in the Portland office of Tetra Tech/KCM. Moore designs drainage, water and sewer improvements. John Chambers has been hired as senior project manager in the Spokane office. He has worked on highway, street, airport and utility projects.
Tetra Tech/KCM provides civil, structural, hydraulic and transportation engineering and architectural services. The firm has offices in Seattle, Kennewick, Spokane and Portland.
John Villager recently joined the Bellevue office of HDR Engineering as a roadway section manager. Villager has more than 21 years of experience in the design, construction and operation of freeways, major arterials and park-and-ride lots in Washington. Prior to joining HDR, Villager was a manager at the Washington State Department of Transportation and helped coordinate Sound Transit's Sound Move program. Based in Omaha, Neb., HDR is an employee-owned firm providing engineering, architecture and project development services.
Steven Harmon has been named a principal at Mulvanny G2, a division of Mulvanny Architects. Harmon is project manager for the $400 million Bellevue SuperBlock complex and the Costco Home Office. He has been project manager for the $100 million renovation of the historic Frederick & Nelson building in downtown Seattle. Based in Bellevue, Mulvanny Architects has offices Seattle, Portland, Boston and Sterling, Va.
Anne Fairbrother recently joined Parametrix and will be working from the company's new Corvallis, Ore., satellite office. Fairbrother specializes in ecological risk assessment and wildlife toxicology. Before becoming a private consultant, she worked as a research scientist in the Eco-toxicology branch at the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency's Environmental Research Laboratory in Corvallis. Based in Sumner, Parametrix is an employee-owned engineering, environmental sciences and architecture firm. The firm has several offices throughout Washington and Oregon.
