Robert Di Pietrae received the CCIM Institute's Certified Commercial Investment Member designation. Di Pietrae, who specializes in brokering sales of affordable housing complexes in Oregon and Washington, has worked at Marcus & Millichap since 1990. He's now a senior associate.

Integrus Architecture recently announced the following promotions to senior associate: Denise Garceau, business manager, and Jeffrey Middleton, senior architect. Promoted to associate were: Layne Bachman, job captain; Brian Carter, project manager; Bob Estlund, justice specialist; Merlyn "Butch" Hoover, construction projects specialist; Bob Hutchison, justice manager; David Maughan, project manager and production manager; Stephanie Ogram, interior design manager; Rich Siddons, justice specialist; and Martin Sweet, project manager.
Callison Architecture announced the promotion of four senior staff members to associate principal: Matt Billerbeck, Susan Koenigs, Martin Hill and Barry Vaudrin.
Billerbeck has been with Callison since 1993, working as the lead architect for the shell design team for stores. In this role, he works on all Nordstrom shell architecture, as well as Siebu, L.L. Bean and Guess stores.
Koenigs is the manager of Callison’s information technology services, and oversees technology programs and leads technology initiatives. As a member of the AIA Large Firm Roundtable for CIOs and the A/E/C Systems National Roundtable, she investigates and brings back the best technology practices to share with staff and clients.
Hill is a project manager with a broad range of experience. His focus is on program management of multi-project, multi-site rollouts. He is managing a major market expansion of Washington Mutual retail banks in Atlanta and has delivered several hundred retail projects for them across the United States. His prototyping and roll out experience also includes multi-location projects for Fortune 500 wireless clients.
Vaudrin is a senior project architect and manager with a long track record of building design projects for technology companies.
Mark Lally has joined Krazan & Associates as Northwest business development manager. Lally will be coordinating business development strategies and marketing efforts for Krazans’ offices in the Northwest. He has 10 years of marketing experience within the engineering community including five years of marketing experience in the geotechnical and environmental fields.
Harding ESE announced the promotion of Khashayar Nikzad to structural engineer. Nikzad is managing structural engineering for the Nooksack Diversion Dam for the city of Bellingham, as well as the city's bridge ratings. Harding has also hired Kunle Ogunrinde, structural engineer; David Nelson, environmental scientist; Melody Berry, transportation engineer; Jorge Gavidia, structural CAD operator; and Jackie Tyler, transportation CAD operator

George Newman has been named director of planning. He has 20 years experience in planning and land development review and most recently served as the land use division manager for Snohomish County, overseeing subdivision and land use approval processes. He also implemented regulatory reforms and played a leading role in land use appeals. Newman leads Triad's planning team on feasibility studies, master planning, site planning, GIS, public hearing representation and permit process management. Other new hires are: Amy Shivers, survey CAD technician, Mary Moore,engineering CAD technician and Steven Kincaide, GIS Technician.

Reynolds will participate in a variety of marine design projects. He is underway on the detail design of a barge vapor recovery system, and is participating in a study to define solutions for off-loading ballast water due to environmental concerns.

MulvannyG2 Architecture recently named David Glassman, Rodd Kippen and Darren Pollard principals.
Glassman is one of several principals-in-charge of the firm's major commercial projects. His MulvannyG2 experience includes Rowley's 12th and Maple industrial/office project in Issaquah, Costco's Building No. 3 in Issaquah and Fritz Distribution Center in Auburn. He has 20 years of architecture experience. Kippen is in charge of the firm's estimating department. He joined the firm in 1999 as a senior estimator before being promoted to director of estimating later that year. He has 23 years of construction and architecture experience.
Pollard is a member of the senior management team for the firm's largest account. He is the northern division real estate manager, overseeing design and development process of Costco projects throughout the U.S. and Canada. He joined MulvannyG2 in 1996 as an architectural technician
