Brown and Caldwell

Brown and Caldwell added Mike Chastain, Kimberley Kelsey and Daniel Hunt to the Seattle team.

Chastain joined Brown and Caldwell in August 2001 as CAD manager. He also provides guidance and advice in company techniques and procedures. He is working on projects in Friday Harbor, LOTT Wastewater Alliance and King County Department of Natural Resources and Parks.

Kelsey is an associate mechanical engineer with four years experience. She is working on the Juanita Bay Pumping Station project, and the South Treatment Plant Biosolids dewatering project for the King County Department of Natural Resources and Parks.

Hunt is a geographic information systems analyst with experience in creating GIS and mapping solutions for utilities and hydrologic modeling. He has experience in application development, GIS integration and analysis and geodatabase development. Current projects include the Pollutant Loads modeling project for Lake Whatcom and the Converse Basin Drainage Study for Kitsap County.

MulvannyG2

MulvannyG2 Architecture recently hired Donald Tuttle as principal and corporate director of business development, and Andre Bellerjeau as associate.

Tuttle will be responsible for leading and coordinating MulvannyG2’s business development efforts and will work with principals of the firm’s retail, office, community, industrial, international and interiors studios.

He has 19 years of marketing and business development experience, including real estate development and property management, security consulting, mechanical/electrical engineering, and technology consulting. Tuttle is the current chairman of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties membership committee and a member of the Society for Marketing Professional Services.

Bellerjeau will help Tuttle with business development efforts for the firm’s interiors studio and for the firm’s other studios. He will also serve as a senior project manager on various interior design projects. Bellerjeau has 10 years of architecture and interiors experience, and previously worked for MulvannyG2 from 1997 to 2000. His project experience at MulvannyG2 includes the 30-story Elliott Grand Hyatt in downtown Seattle and MulvannyG2's headquarters at the One Twelfth @ Twelfth office campus in downtown Bellevue.

KJM

Wendy Butcher has joined the Bellevue office of KJM & Associates as project manager.

Butcher brings 16 years of experience in the design and management of civil and environmental engineering projects. Her experience ranges from the planning phase through final construction, in both project management and project engineer roles. Butcher has produced civil site work and utility plans, specifications and cost estimates for public and private development.

Harold Lloyd joined the Bellevue office as director of e-business solutions. Lloyd has 10 years of experience implementing custom document management solutions for Fortune 500 companies. He has worked for a wide variety of firms and industries, including telecommunications, banking, transportation, manufacturing and software development.

KJM & Associates, a Bellevue-based national program and construction management consulting firm, specializes in managing and controlling project time, cost and quality.

Sparling

Sparling has promoted Joe Leger to associate. Leger has specialized in telecommunications design for commercial, health care, education, government and military facilities. Since coming to Sparling four years ago, he has designed telecommunication and data infrastructure for the Experience Music Project, Adidas Village in Portland and several buildings on the Redmond Microsoft campus. He is currently involved in the oversight of information technology and telecommunications design and systems for the new 355,000-square-foot Central Library in downtown Seattle; the technology assessment for Children's Healthcare of Atlanta; and technology consulting for Sacred Heart Medical Center, a new 500-bed replacement hospital in Springfield, Ore.

Core Design

Core Design Inc., a leading planning/civil engineering/surveying firm, announced that Harley C. Pawley has become a professional land surveyor. Harley began his career in the land surveying profession in 1986 with the United States Marine Corps.

Harley is working on several condominium and platting projects including The McGuire in Seattle, Riverview in Kent, Maplewood Estates in Renton, Woodbridge Townhomes in Redmond and Snohomish Cascade in Snohomish County.

Peterson Consulting

Peterson Consulting Engineers added Rebecca Saur as project administrator. Saur has experience in engineering project support, permitting and regulatory compliance. Her responsibilities consist of permitting and land use submittals, regulatory compliance research, marketing and project administration for a diverse range of projects including commercial, residential, industrial and transportation

GA Design

GA design added Megan McGee to its marketing strategy and content group. McGee previously worked with an advertising agency in Missoula, Mont. GA Design, established in 1984, provides branding, corporate identity Web development, packaging and related graphic design services from its Bellevue location.
