Flanagan works on elementary and secondary schools. Galey manages Bellevue school district's Newport High School addition, to be complete in 2007. McConnell is project architect for Bethel High School and Lake Hills Elementary School. Rumbaugh is working on projects for Snohomish school district.
Wall directs the company's Seattle interior design department. Northwest Architectural Co. provides architectural, electrical and communications engineering, and capital facilities consulting services.

Tod Moore joined Sparling as a principal of the firm's technology consulting practice. Moore has more than 20 years experience in building technology and consulting. He has worked on wireless systems, network architecture and building infrastructure. Sparling is an electrical engineering and technology consulting firm with offices in Seattle and Portland.

CH2M HILL of Bellevue recently hired
Don Monaghan as a senior client service manager/project manager. Monaghan was previously public works director for the city of SeaTac and brings 35 years of experience in transportation engineering design and management.
Julee Drinkwater and Anneke Davis are design engineers in the Transportation Group. Drinkwater provides highway and drainage design for the city of Shoreline's Aurora Avenue project. Davis provides design services for the city of Federal Way's Pacific Highway South project and WSDOT's Ash Way Park and Ride Direct Access Bridge project.
Brian Painley was promoted to regional business development and planning manager. Jenifer Young has been promoted to Puget Sound business development coordinator for the transportation group.

CHS Engineers, a municipal engineering consulting firm in Bellevue, promoted
Rodney Langer, Evan Henke and
John Nottingham to principals. They, along with
Scott Christensen, are the firm's owners.
Tim Harrigan, one of the founders of CHS, retired after 12 years with the firm.
Langer is working on a lining project on SR-104 for the city of Edmonds. Henke finished a Puget Sound outfall project for the Southwest Suburban Sewer District in Burien. Nottingham is working on a rehabilitation for the Southwest Suburban Sewer District. Christensen recently finished an infiltration and inflow reduction project for Ronald Wastewater District in Shoreline.
CHS provides consulting engineering and land surveying services to cities, and water and sewer districts.

Jennifer J. Brunson joined Helix' interiors design group and is designing medical offices for Cascade Vascular Associates in Gig Harbor.

Dodson is an architectural designer who has worked on custom residential and civic projects. He is working on Greenbridge and Avalon Mission Bay in San Francisco.

Marty Chase was named principal at KPFF Consulting Engineers. Chase has 18 years of experience as a civil engineer, focusing on urban redevelopment, campus development and infrastructure for higher education and corporate clients.
Chase is overseeing projects at Washington State University, University of Washington and Western Washington University. Past work on community colleges includes planning and design at Highline Community College and South Seattle Community College.
He has done urban redevelopment at Lincoln Square in Bellevue, International District Village Station, REI flagship store and the Fred Hutchinson Cancer Research Center on South Lake Union.

Bellevue-based Roth Hill Engineering Partners added Michael Graubard to work on public information as part of the company's government affairs and special projects team. He worked for the Seattle Department of Transportation on public information and involvement. Roth Hill is a public works consulting firm. It works on civil engineering, land surveying, permitting and construction administration.
