Freeman Fong Architecture hired
Stuart Herrera-Enzuate as an architectural project manager. His projects include a 100-bed expansion of the Mission Creek Corrections Center for Women in Belfair and the Cle Elum Ranger Station renovation for the U.S. Forest Service. He has worked with Seattle architectural firms for 17 years and specializes in retail, mixed-use and educational projects.
BHC Consultants hired
Talia Henze as an associate planner. Henze received her masters in Urban Planning from the University of Washington in June. She coordinated the efforts of the Puget Sound Regional Design Team to build a Regional Design Strategy in conjunction with Puget Sound Regional Council's Vision 2040, an update to the regional long range plan. Henze is working on the Island County Freeland Sub Area Plan.
DCI Engineers promoted
Debbie Wick to associate and
Anish Talati and
Brent Robinson to senior project manager. Wick has 17 years experience and worked on projects including Seventh and Madison and the Fairview Medical Office Building. She is doing construction support on the TEN20 Tower in Bellevue. Talati has 11 years of structural engineering experience and is working on The Bravern in Bellevue. Robinson has worked with DCI since 2000. Past projects include The Neptune Apartments in Seattle, The Palms Condominiums in San Francisco and the Totem Lake Marriott Hotel in Kirkland.

York is working on Mirabella Seattle, Mirabella Portland and the University Retirement Community at Davis, Calif. Hall has eight years experience and is LEED-accredited. He joins the hospitality team. Nguyen has five years experience in mixed-use condominiums. Franklin is working on residential projects in Cannon Beach, Ore. Baydoun is working on a remodel of a mixed-use office and retail building in Vancouver and the Circa Condominiums in Los Angeles. Soper is working on the Mirabella Senior Housing project in Seattle and mixed-use developments in Tucson. Nelson joins the administrative staff and was facilities manager at The Oregon College of Oriental Medicine.
BOE Architects in Tacoma hired
Kristi Ray as project associate. She is LEED accredited and a recent graduate of Washington State University. Ray is working on the Children's Ministry Addition to Brooklake Community Church, a performing arts center in Gig Harbor and a residence on Lake Steilacoom. She will coordinate sustainability reviews for all BOE Architects projects.

Vietanh Phung, Ph.D. Phung completed his Ph.D. program at Carlton University in Ottawa, Canada, in August 2005.

Ellen Tabieros to office manager. Naprawa has 20 years experience and designed the Grand Hyatt Kuala Lumpur in Malaysia and the Lotte Moscow Hotel in Moscow. He was senior design architect and project manager for Collins Woerman in Bellevue. Frieson has 20 years experience in architecture, design development and construction administration. She is project architect for the Bardessono Inn & Spa in Yountville, Calif. Koyama has 20 years of international experience in architecture and is the lead designer on the Grand Hyatt Kuala Lumpur. Tabieros was project administrator.

Jill Cody as an associate and promoted
Terry Christian to senior associate. Cody has 10 years experience and manages special projects involving architectural lighting design. She is LEED-accredited. Christian has 30 years experience and is head of the plumbing/fire protection department in the Seattle office. His recent projects include Seattle Seahawks HQ and Training Facility in Renton, Puyallup City Hall, Seattle Aquarium, Pike Place Market and Suncadia Lodge.
Callison hired Teresa Burrelsman as its new sustainability program leader. She had previously advised the Sustainable Strategies Team at Callison when she was a consultant at Paladino & Co. Her technical specialties include concept design, daylighting, lighting, indoor air quality, site and stormwater management, green roofs, team integration and project management. She has consulted on projects including the LEED Platinum Desert Living Center in Las Vegas and LEED EB Gold King County Headquarters Building in Seattle.
Michael Marshall has joined Hatton Godat Pantier as a senior engineer technician. Marshall has 17 years experience and has done engineering design for commercial, industrial and residential developments in King County, Pierce County and the Tri-Cities area.
The Seattle office of DLR Group made several new hires. New architectural designers are Matthew Boreen, Angela Khosa, Erica Loynd, Martin Nunez and Mark Parrish; Oana Stephens is a new electrical engineer; Thomas Lee is a new structural engineer; and Dustin Russell is a new marketing professional.
