CH2M HILL hired Trevor C. Curtis as the public-private partnerships and management consulting services manager for its transportation business group. Curtis is responsible for leading and growing the group's global P3 and consulting services strategy. He has 35 years of experience in the construction and development industry, and has worked the past 13 years developing P3 and private finance initiatives in the U.S., Canada and the United Kingdom. He also has experience in business development, bid strategy and new markets.

Gensler Seattle hired Dalice Whatley as director. Whatley has more than 18 years of experience in public sector, corporate/commercial, hospitality and retail interiors projects in Washington, California, Arizona and Texas.
Fletcher Farr Ayotte hired Raymond Cheng as an associate partner and Shellee Harkins as a senior marketing coordinator. Cheng is a licensed architect in Oregon and Washington with more than 23 years of experience working on commercial, high-tech, industrial and mixed-use projects. Prior to joining FFA, he was responsible for a 1.1 million-square-foot LEED platinum mixed-use project in Shanghai. Harkins has more than 10 years of experience in the A/E/C industry, and has marketing and graphic design skills.
Interface Engineering hired senior mechanical engineer Robert Kuchcinski as an associate. Kuchcinski has more than 10 years of experience with a variety of project types, including health care and educational facilities.
Brian Phair is the new CEO of PCS Structural Solutions, a structural engineering firm with offices in Seattle and Tacoma. Phair was previously vice president and remains the managing principal of the Tacoma office. Craig Stauffer continues as president of the company and managing principal of the Seattle office. Dan Putnam, outgoing CEO, will remain as chairman.
