Jim Pearman joined Triangle Associates as a senior associate after serving as mayor of Mercer Island. Pearman specializes in local government, public projects, transportation and land use issues. Triangle provides facilitation, mediation and public involvement services.

BHC Consultants hired Charlie Dougherty as a senior project manager. He has more than 30 years of experience in municipal utility engineering. His water treatment experience includes studies, feasibility assessments, design, and construction services. He also has a background in development and management for water and wastewater infrastructure. BHC provides engineering, planning, and construction services.


DCI Engineers hired Michelle Boyer and Tyler Winkley as structural project engineers in Seattle. Boyer produces calculations and sketches, and marks up drawings and reviews shop drawings. She is providing services for Central Steel and Swisslog. Winkley provides structural analysis and design, and support for projects under construction. Winkley is working on industrial projects. DCI is a civil and structural consulting firm.
PacLand hired Tanner Fairrington as a project designer and Louis Morris as a CAD designer. Fairrington has more than five years of experience, most recently with WSDOT. Morris has more than 15 years of experience with CAD design and management. PacLand provides engineering and planning.
Rolluda Architects hired Karlin Castor-Peck and Angela Ferrigan as project designers and Annette Johnson as marketing manager. Castor-Peck's projects include a house on Beacon Hill, and a University District mixed-use building with housing, retail and offices. Ferrigan has worked on housing, medical and fire facilities, courthouses, restaurants, retail and commercial buildings, and is now working on projects for Boeing. Johnson has more than 23 years of marketing and office administration experience in architecture, engineering and construction. Rolluda provides architecture, interior design, programming and planning.

DCI Engineers, a civil and structural consulting firm, hired Sean Winnington and Jason Justice in the Spokane office. Winnington is a structural CAD designer, and holds an A.A.S. in computer aided drafting and design from ITT Technical Institute. He is working on construction detail documents. Justice joins DCI Engineers as a structural CAD designer. He has an A.A.S. in mechanical engineering technologies from Spokane Community College and five years of CAD experience. Justice is working on the Casarones conveyor, an industrial project in Chile. DCI is based in Seattle, with offices in Spokane, Everett, Portland, San Diego and Austin, Texas.
GeoEngineers added three people to its Redmond office. Erik Peterson was hired as a CAD technician, John Peters is an environmental engineer and Carla Walton is a geotechnical engineer. The firm also hired Tim Hanrahan as a senior environmental scientist in Spokane. He has 18 years of experience in fluvial geomorphology and a PhD in fluvial hydraulics from Washington State University. GeoEngineers is an earth science and technology consulting firm with five offices in Washington.
