Hart Crowser promoted Kimberly Reinauer, Mike Swenson and Allison Pyrch to associate. Reinauer is an environmental engineer who manages feasibility studies and environmental remediation design, and stormwater permitting compliance. Swenson is a geotechnical engineer who manages design and construction oversight for high-rises, highways and abandoned mines. Pyrch is a geotechnical engineer who traveled with the ASCE Technical Council on Lifeline Earthquake Engineering to the 2010 Chile and 2011 Japan earthquakes; she works in Oregon and Washington on seismic resiliency. Reinauer and Swenson are in the Seattle office and Pyrch is in Portland.







Hewitt promoted architects Sean Sullivan and Eva Talbot and landscape architect Jake Woland to senior associate, architects Russ Adams, Jan Peter Eklund and Jennifer Caldwell to associate, and Cesar Tolentino to BIM manager. Sullivan has been with the firm for nine years, with work that includes Alto Apartments in Seattle. Talbot was hired seven years ago. Her work includes 2nd + Stewart residential tower in Seattle. Woland was hired seven years ago. His landscape architecture and urban design work includes Block 44 in South Lake Union. Adams has been with Hewitt for four years, with work that includes Dimension by Alta apartments in Seattle. Eklund was hired four years ago. His work includes Roosevelt and Northgate light rail stations. Caldwell joined the firm four years ago, with work that includes Hollywood Lofts apartments on Capitol Hill. Tolentino was hired two years ago, and manages building information standards and processes. Seattle-based Hewitt provides architecture, landscape architecture and urban design.





In Seattle, SRG Partnership hired Stephen Kear, Jarod Kurzner and Arnulfo Ramirez as architectural designers, Marshall Turner as marketing manager and Alyssa Gritzmacher as marketing media specialist. Kear is working on the Seattle North Police Precinct. Kurzner and Ramirez are working on the renovation of Hayward Field in Eugene, Oregon. SRG is a design firm, with offices in Seattle and Portland.

Stantec hired 10 staff members in Lynnwood to assist the buildings group. They are Amar Safadi as a project manager, electrical; Rebecca Yam as a lighting designer; Anna Cunningham as a marketing coordinator; Alexia Rohrer as a project management assistant; Adam Opsata and Mary Hofbeck as acousticians; and Scott Hager, Charles Siderius, Umid Mamadaminov and Sean Leistritz as project designers, electrical. Safadi worked for a consulting engineering firm in Columbus, Ohio. At Stantec, his projects include Swedish First Hill Medical Center expansion. Yam has been a lighting designer for eight years, and is working on Salmon Bay Center. Cunningham has done marketing for over seven years, and worked for McKinstry. She creates proposals, qualifications packages and other material. Rohrer has 10 years of administrative support experience. She helps produce proposals, plans and specifications. Opsata holds a master's in acoustics and a bachelor's in music. He is working on Our Lady of Fatima Church. Hofbeck has worked in acoustical positions for nearly 20 years. Her projects include Chester Elementary School in Spokane. Hager has 12 years of experience in engineering design and project management for commercial, health care and government projects. He is working on Kadlec Regional Medical Center Lab. Siderius was an electrical engineering intern for Sparling in 2014 and holds a bachelor's in electrical engineering. He is working on Lincoln Square. Mamadaminov has master's in renewable energy engineering and industrial electronics. He is working on Amazon tenant improvements in Seattle. Leistritz has been an electrical field engineer for two years and is working on Swedish First Hill Medical Center. Stantec provides consulting in planning, engineering, architecture, interior design, landscape architecture, surveying, environmental sciences, project management and project economics.



Everett-based Reid Middleton hired Kim Means as a project surveyor, and Kevin Aguilar and Drew Nielson in the designer I position. Means is in the survey group and has over 20 years of experience. Aguilar is in the structural engineering group and has experience at Structural Hawaii and Seattle City Light. Nielson is in the structural engineering group. He interned at a management company in Prudhoe Bay, Alaska, and at Alaska Water and Wastewater Utility. Reid Middleton provides civil and structural engineering, planning, and surveying services.

Isabel Diaz joined Transportation Solutions as a transportation engineer. Diaz has experience in traffic engineering and operations. She worked in engineering in Puerto Rico. Transportation Solutions is a transportation engineering and planning firm in Redmond.

The Blueline Group hired Hector Reyes as a CAD designer. Reyes has over 17 years of CAD experience. He has worked on stormwater, commercial, subdivision, water and wastewater treatment projects, and for the Army Corps of Engineers and U.S. Agency for International Development. Blueline provides civil engineering consulting.
