In Lacey, SCJ Alliance hired Mallory Dobbs as an engineer, Kevin McCoy as a marketing coordinator, David Cuffeld as a project coordinator, Sam Dunn as a design engineer and Samantha Ordonez as an on-call designer. Dobbs was a civil engineering intern at SCJ and holds a degree from Saint Martin's University. She will work in the civil engineering group. McCoy has over 10 years of marketing and graphic design experience. Cuffeld is on the transportation planning team and is pursing a bachelor's in IT security. Dunn works in the transportation design group and graduated last month from Saint Martin's University. Ordonez works on the civil engineering team. SCJ provides civil engineering, transportation planning and design, environmental and urban planning, landscape architecture and design, and public outreach.
In Seattle, The LA Studio promoted Roby Snow to senior associate and Mark Bailor to associate. The firm is celebrating its fifth anniversary providing landscape architecture, land planning and land entitlement services. Projects have included senior housing, hospitality, assisted living and memory care, parks, mixed use, transportation, renovations and a major office complex for the Federal Aviation Administration.
In Seattle, NAC Architecture hired Joshua Lamb as a designer. In Spokane, it hired Jack Schneider as an electrical engineer, Manasa Vishwanath as an interior designer, Emily Eixenberger as an architectural designer, Lars Iverson as a senior electrical designer and Emily Maxey as a payroll/human resources specialist. Lamb has 10 years of experience on commercial projects and will work on Snoqualmie Valley School District's Mount Si High School. He was with Shugart Wasse Wickwire Architecture & Interiors. Schneider is working on projects for Quincy School District. He holds a bachelor's in electrical engineering from Eastern Washington University. Vishwanath had been partnering with NAC through 4orm Studio, which she founded in 2011. She is working on the Truman Orthodontics Office in Las Vegas. Eixenberger is working in the health care studio on Providence Heart Institute's Cath Lab replacement in Spokane. She holds a master of architecture degree and a bachelor of interior design degree from University of Idaho. Iverson has 15 years of experience. He is working on Bellevue College residence hall. Maxey does payroll activities and supports human resources. She has a bachelor's in business from University of Washington. NAC provides planning, design, engineering, and capital facilities services.
In Portland, GSI Water Solutions promoted Jason Melady to principal and Kenny Janssen to supervising hydrogeologist. Melady is a hydrogeologist with 14 years of experience managing and supporting water resource, groundwater supply and water rights projects. Janssen has 12 years of experience and works on groundwater development, resource protection, and hydrogeologic site characterization projects. GSI is a consulting firm that works on groundwater, environmental contamination, and water rights projects.

Seattle-based design firm Olson Kundig promoted Laura Bartunek, Jordan Leppert, Jeff Ocampo, Ryan Patterson and Jason Roseler to associate and MacKenzie Cotters to marketing manager. The firm's work includes housing, hospitality projects, commercial and mixed-use design, academic buildings, museums and exhibitions, interior design, visual identities and places of worship.
PBS Engineering and Environmental hired former Port of Vancouver USA CEO Todd Coleman as port sector manager. Coleman was with the port for 15 years, including four as CEO and executive director. PBS offers engineering and environmental services to ports in the region. It recently acquired local engineering firm HDJ Design Group, expanding it ability to provide transportation and traffic engineering, surveying and land use planning for ports.
Integrus Architecture promoted Patrick Donnelly and Daniel Gero to senior associate and Lindsay Aaseby, Colin Anderson, J. Irons, Brian Rezentes, Matt Taylor and Katie Vingelen to associate. Donnelly is a project manager/architect in Seattle. Gero is a project architect in Seattle. Aaseby is an interior designer in Spokane. Anderson is a project manager in Spokane. The Blueline Group hired Shawn Cooper as an engineering designer. Cooper has over 12 years of CAD experience, and knows Civil 3D. He has worked on water and wastewater treatment, roadway, subdivision, mixed use and commercial projects. Blueline provides civil engineering consulting.
