Watson has eight years of environmental consulting and natural resource management experience. She has done natural resource assessments and sensitive species surveys. The firm's staff includes civil and structural engineers, land use planners, landscape architects, surveyors, and natural resources and environmental scientists.

Webb is working on the Washington State Department of Transportation North Central Region Administration Facility in Wenatchee. She was with ALSC Architects.
