Wachtler has over 10 years of experience on K-12 projects for clients that include the Seattle and Tumwater school districts. He co-manages the firm's project delivery systems group. Smith is an interior design architect, and manages the business development group. Hickman has led projects, including new construction and renovations, while managing the IT group. Pless works on K-12 projects and is human resources manager. Olson has worked on the Agri-plex building and renovation projects for Washington State Fair. Rezvani has graphics and project management experience, and focuses on industrial projects. She is working on projects for the Port of Olympia.
