Bassetti Architects promoted Michael Davis and Jordan Kiel to principal, Joe Echeverri to associate principal, James Howeth, Steve Zang, Amanda Clausen and Ed Noland to senior associate, and Charlie Bucheit, Susan Conway, Mark Smedley, Greg Vohs and Elaine Erwin to associate. Davis leads the firm's K-12 educational sector, managing projects, including the recent completion of five high schools. He is leading Seattle Public Schools' BEX V Capital Levy project, and recently completed design of the Lincoln High School renovation and modernization in Seattle. Kiel heads collegiate and progressive design/build projects, helped re-shape the firm's management and IT systems, and chairs the Seattle Landmarks Preservation Board. Echeverri leads the Portland office. His projects include Five Oaks Middle School, and Roosevelt, Benson, Tigard and Tualatin high schools. Howeth has a background in technical detailing, 3-D modeling, and construction administration. He is working on Lynnwood and Mountlake Terrace elementary schools. Zang has a background in building code and site design issues, and is working on two elementary schools for Edmonds School District. Clausen has led the firm's interior design department for five years. She has deep knowledge of learning environments and advocates for healthy interiors. Noland has been with Bassetti for six years and led the in-house design group. Bucheit has five years with Bassetti, and led contract administration during construction for the recently completed Arbor Heights School. Conway is managing four school projects and administrating construction of a landmark fire station. Smedley is managing the Highline High School project. Vohs has led document production and construction administration for Roosevelt High School in Portland. Erwin is on the marketing team and has provided experiential graphics for projects.

The Blueline Group hired Juan Castillo as a construction inspector/engineer-in-training. Castillo holds a bachelor's in civil engineering from Florida Atlantic University and does public works projects. Blueline provides civil engineering and land use planning.

The Watershed Co. hired Roen Hohlfeld as a landscape designer/ecologist and Logan Dougherty as an ecologist. Hohlfeld has over 10 years of experience in wetland and stream ecology, environmental policy, landscape architecture and construction management. Dougherty supports the natural resources group with wetland and stream delineations, arborist studies, monitoring projects and technical writing. Watershed provides natural resources assessment, mitigation and restoration design, environmental planning and permitting, arborist and landscape architecture services.

In Bellevue, Osborn Consulting hired Anne Seethoff as a senior project engineer, and Shannon Gray and Isaac Fournier as project engineers. Seethoff has over 30 years of experience in civil and stormwater design. Gray's experience is in roadway drainage, stormwater design, green stormwater infrastructure and stream restoration. Fournier has experience in fish barrier removal and habitat restorations.

In Seattle, Stantec promoted Sarah Dreger to discipline lead of digital practice for its buildings practice across the company. Dreger has over 20 years of technology and development experience. She will focus on employees' technology needs and support infrastructure and operations, business applications, BIM, development, content management and work sharing. In the Puget Sound region, Stantec provides engineering and design services for buildings, transportation, water, waterpower and dams, and environmental services projects.

Bremerton-based Rice Fergus Miller hired Jerry McDevitt as a design lead for the senior housing, health care and hospitality team; Roger Long as a senior project designer in the health care, housing and community studios; Angie Tomisser as an interior designer in the community and hospitality studios; and Lisa Covell as a computer technician. McDevitt has a background in senior living projects, and built a practice over the last few decades in the Northwest. Long has over 20 years of experience in markets that include health care and multifamily housing. Tomisser has over 12 years of experience, including work on education, mixed-use and office projects. Covell had a career in the Navy. RFM provides architecture, interior design, planning and visualization.

In Portland, SRG Partnership hired Eric Ridenour as a senior associate and campus planner; Kevin Chavez as an architectural staff member, Jordan Iseler as marketing manager, Lina Lim as a receptionist, and Lucy Downs as accounting and payroll coordinator. Also, it promoted Sam Stadler to senior associate and Nicolai Kruger to associate. Ridenour is an architect who works with universities and colleges on long-range planning and campus design. He is working on a facilities master plan for Portland Community College. Chavez had a two-year internship and holds a master of architecture degree from Portland State University. He is working on preliminary design ideas for a high-rise building at 4th & Montgomery. Iseler has a bachelor's in architecture from Clemson University, and was interim director for the American Institute of Architects in Columbus, Ohio. She is responsible for project pursuits, research and strategy. Lim is a University of Oregon graduate who worked in health care for five years. Besides being a receptionist, Lim supports the accounting team. Downs will handle payroll and human resources duties, and supports accounting functions. She has 23 years of experience and an education in business/accounting and health care administration. Stadler has been at SRG 12 years, with a focus on higher education and health care projects. He just completed project management for Karl Miller Center at Portland State University. Kruger has 13 years of architectural experience. At SRG, she has worked on the Knight Cancer Research Building. Prior to joining the firm, she worked on large-scale commercial projects in Asia. SRG provides programming, planning, architecture and interior design, with an office also in Seattle.
