166 Roy jazzes up the walk along Roy Street on Lower Queen Anne. With the addition of one floor, the renovated building brings mixed-use back to the address.

Behind the storefront window at 166 Roy St., mannequin heads with snappy shades wear daisies. It's clear that the optometrist at this address knows something about fashion and has a sense of humor, too.
