Workers have recently finished a $28 million multifamily residential complex in Bothell, called the Pinnacle Sonata Apartments.
|
Owned, developed and built by BRE Properties, the 465,000-square-foot project consists of 64 wood-construction apartment structures and a detached clubhouse.
The clubhouse (pictured) is a two-story wood-framed recreational facility. It features a great room with high ceilings and exposed structural wood trusses.
|
The facility also includes spa and exercise facilities, an outdoor swimming pool and a theater in the basement with step-seating.
Rents for each unit range from $900 to more than $1,800. All 268 units have been rented out already. The complex includes a variety of building types, such as two-story triplexes, three-story and six-unit buildings.
Two Bellevue firms were part of the project team: DCI Engineers, which provided structural engineering, construction documents and construction support services, and Baylis Architects, the project designer.
