Court: drug reaction was Wal-Mart's fault

The population of McHenry, Ill., is under 22,000.

But like hundreds of small towns across the country, McHenry has its very own Wal-Mart. And as at most stores run by the world’s largest retailer, local shoppers can pick and choose from roughly 80,000 items, including prescription drugs.
