Dead driver is not guilty of negligence

Heart problems had nagged Nino Gobbo for years.

But did that mean the Ohio man should've known he might suffer a heart attack while driving his car? This was the main issue in Roman v. Estate of Gobbo, which stemmed from a tragic collision in Cleveland that left Gobbo and three others dead.
