Williams, Kastner & Gibbs

The Northwest law firm Williams, Kastner & Gibbs announced Randy Aliment has been elected financial officer of the American Bar Association's Tort Trial & Insurance Practice Section. Aliment's practice emphasizes commercial litigation, higher education law and client counseling.

Purdie Rogers

Seattle-based Purdie Rogers hired Barbara Modey as director of client services. Modey was a principal of Portland-based Hallock Modey. Purdie Rogers also promoted Rosalind Sciammas to senior account director and Brittany Buesgens to account executive. Purdie Rogers in a full-service communications firm.

Document Command

Document Command hired Doug MacDonald as vice president of sales and Paul Irvine as vice president of engineering. MacDonald was with Pitney Bowes for 22 years. Irvine has worked with Dotster, Via Training and Emerald Solutions. Seattle-based Document Command lets customers access postal mail online worldwide.

Seattle Southside

Seattle Southside Visitor Services, the official tourism department for Tukwila, SeaTac, Kent and Des Moines, hired Meilee Anderson as business relations coordinator. Anderson has 20 years of hospitality experience and was with Comfort Suites and Family Fun Center in Tukwila.

Entellium

Entellium in Seattle named David Scott senior vice president of sales and marketing. Scott has worked with Intermec Technologies and PeopleSoft. Entellium is a customer relationship management software company.

Peterson Sullivan

Peterson Sullivan hired Geoffrey Dela Cruz as senior accountant with the audit practice group. He has three years of experience in auditing private companies.

Pacific Continental Bank

Pacific Continental Bank promoted Alice Liang to senior vice president. Liang, who retains her title as regional service manager, works in the bank's downtown Seattle office.

DDB

DDB Seattle has made several new hires. Tracy Guza is visual resource manager. Elisa Jessop is assistant account executive. Kristi Sartnurak is an account executive working with Microsoft and Exclusive Resorts. Greta Smoke is assistant account executive. DDB is a full-service communications company.

Grant County PUD

Tim Culbertson, general manager at Grant County Public Utility District, announced some organizational changes that will occur over the next few months. Michael Woywod, director of human resources and support services, will be promoted to assistant general manager in April. Woywod's responsibilities will expand to include information technology services. In June, Chuck Berrie will join Grant PUD as assistant general manager in charge of operations functions. Berrie has worked for Okanogan County PUD since 2004. Joe Lukas, assistant general manager, will become senior policy advisor, reporting directly to the general manager. Grant County PUD began electric service in 1942.
