Redmond-based FCS Group in Redmond hired Martin Chaw as a project manager. Chaw was a small business owner and worked for seven years for the city of Redmond as a financial planning manager. FCS provides consulting services on utility rates, finance and management.
The Seattle office of the law firm Schwabe, Williamson & Wyatt hired Lawrence A. Costich as of counsel. Costich was with Graham & Dunn and will work in the land use practice group.
The Westin Seattle hired Jennifer Magnusen as director of sales and Jesica Strong as associate director of sales. Magnuson was director of sales and marketing at The Westin Portland. Strong began her hospitality career at the Westin Seattle in 1997.
Safeco hired Robert Ingram as executive vice president and chief information officer. Ingram worked for Argonaut Group, Andersen Consulting and IBM.
ÁegisLiving, a Redmond-based operator of retirement and assisted living communities, promoted Kristine Stidham to regional marketing director for Washington. Stidham joined Aegis in 2005. Áegis operates 32 communities in Washington, California and Nevada.

Skamania Lodge, a resort in the Columbia River Gorge managed by Destination Hotels & Resorts, hired Scott Spann as general manager. Spann has 20 years experience as a general manager and worked at The Chattanoogan in Tennessee.
Richland-based IsoRay said a company director, Dwight Babcock, has been appointed chairman of the board of directors and will also be interim chief executive officer, following the resignation of Roger Girard. Girard had been chairman and CEO since July of 2005. Robert R. Kauffman, also a director, will be vice chairman. Lori Woods, currently vice president/marketing, will be acting chief operating officer. IsoRay is a medical isotope company focusing on the treatment of prostate cancer and other malignant diseases.
