Helsell Fetterman, a Seattle-based law firm, added four partners. They are Lisa Gilmore, Sean Griffee, Dan Keefe and Jake Winfrey. Gilmore has 14 years experience in family law and is chair of Helsell Fetterman's Diversity Committee. Griffee joined the company directly after law school and has been there for seven years. Keefe's practice involves trial and arbitration primarily focused on defense of personal injury case. Winfrey has spent the past 10 years building a practice focusing on medical malpractice litigation.

Suncadia

Angela Shaughnessy, former director of reservations and revenue management for the Suncadia resort near Roslyn, has been promoted to regional director of reservations and revenue management for Destination Hotels & Resorts, Suncadia's parent company. Suncadia also hired Michael Kosmin as vice president of sales and marketing. Kosmin worked with Lowe Destination Development.

Regional law firm Schwabe, Williamson & Wyatt hired Gary Myles to the Intellectual Property Practice Group. Myles was an IP attorney with the Seattle office of Darby & Darby.

Shorebank Pacific

Shorebank Pacific hired DeAnna Poling as senior vice president and regional manager. She will run the Seattle office. Poling has 25 years experience and was recently senior vice president at KeyBank where she led the Correspondent Banking Team in the western region.

Jones Soda

Seattle-based Jones Soda hired Joth Ricci as president and chief executive officer, effective May 1. Ricci, who has served as the company's chief operating officer since January 2008, succeeds Stephen Jones, who will continue as a member of the board of directors.

Golf Savings Bank

Golf Savings Bank has opened a new mortgage office in Bellevue at 11100 N.E. Eighth St., Suite 700. It is the sixth new office to open since late 2008. Other new locations include offices in Federal Way, Lacey, Mill Creek and Port Orchard. Golf now has over 30 mortgage offices in Washington, Oregon, Idaho and Montana.
