3PD

3PD, a national third-party delivery and logistics company, has signed a lease to expand its regional operations to ProLogis Park SeaTac, located at South 208th and International Boulevard in SeaTac. 3PD will initially occupy 19,000 square feet but have an option for expansion. The company plans to move into the space in June with six employees. 3PD has warehouse space in Kent.

UW Bothell

The University of Washington Bothell hired Sandeep Krishnamurthy as director of the business program. Krishnamurthy will oversee the 580-student program, faculty and staff. He is currently associate director of graduate programs for the business program.

McKinley Irvin

McKinley Irvin, a family law firm, hired Joan Duffy Watt as director of marketing and business development. Watt was associate dean for external affairs at Seattle University's School of Law from 1980 to 2003. She recently pursued independent consulting.

HL2

Seattle-based HL2, an independent creative agency, hired Greg Hunter. Hunter will lead digital strategy development for clients. He spent eight years at Microsoft and worked at Razorfish.

Seattle Public Utilities

Laurie J. Van Leuven, security and emergency management strategic advisor with Seattle Public Utilities, has completed a master of arts degree in homeland security studies at the Naval Postgraduate School Center for Homeland Defense and Security, in Monterey, Calif. Van Leuven manages SPU's critical infrastructure protection program.

Pacific Continental Bank

Pacific Continental Bank hired Debra Holland as relationship banking officer. Holland will work from the bank's office in downtown Seattle.

SeaMobile

SeaMobile of Seattle, a provider of satellite communications services to the maritime industry and remote locations throughout the world, named Jonathan Weintraub as chief executive officer. Weintraub was previously the company's chief financial officer and acting chief executive.

The Signature

The Signature restaurant has opened on Queen Anne at 530 First Ave. N. The Signature is a Vietnamese restaurant and bar, run by Tony Ly and his family.

Hughes Pfiffner Gorski

Law firm Hughes Pfiffner Gorski Seedorf & Odsen hired Mark Skolnick as an associate. Skolnick was law clerk to Superior Court Judges Mark Wood and Robert Downes.

Daly's Paint & Decorating

After 50 years in downtown Bellevue, Daly's Paint & Decorating is moving. Daly's is relocating to Plaza 520, just off Highway 520 at 132nd Avenue Northeast and Northeast 20th Street. The move puts Daly's in close proximity to other home improvement businesses.

eMagin

Bellevue-based eMagin Corp., an OLED microdisplay company, promoted Paul Campbell to chief financial officer. Campbell has been interim CFO since April of 2008. He has 30 years experience in finance.
