Columbia Bank promoted Monica Brady to assistant vice president and international banking officer, based in the Tacoma office. She has worked in the International Department for 12 years.
Joe Fugere, founder of Seattle-based Tutta Bella Neapolitan Pizzeria, has been appointed vice president of media, marketing and events for the Associazione Verace Pizza Napolenata, headquartered in Naples, Italy, and the VPN Americas in Los Angeles. Fugere will work on strategic planning and events. VPN is an international nonprofit that gives a special designation to pizzerias that meet requirements for traditional Neapolitan pizza making.
The Bellevue Chamber of Commerce named the winners of the 22nd Annual Eastside Business Awards. Concur of Bellevue won Business of the Year, Lakeside Collision of Bellevue won for small business, Apptio of Bellevue won for emerging business, Quadrant Homes won for sustainable business, the Bellevue Arts Museum won for nonprofit/community impact and Brayden Olson, CEO of Novel, won young professional of the year.

Earl Gibbons has been appointed vice provost for extended education at Western Washington University. Gibbons, vice provost and associate vice president at the University of North Texas, will begin July 1. He was selected following a national search.
Puget Sound Health Partners, a Federal Way health care company specializing in Medicare Advantage plans, has changed its name to Soundpath Health. The change comes at time of growth and expansion opportunities. Soundpath Health plans to expand beyond Western Washington.
Tatum, the nation's leading executive services firm, added C. Stephen Cordial and Jim Rensberger as partners in the Seattle office. Cordial founded Steve Cordial Consulting, which provided services to public companies and those with venture/private equity. Rensberger was CFO for Pacific Mat and T&A Supply Co.
Snoqualmie Valley Hospital Foundation, an independent nonprofit that supports health in the Snoqualmie Valley, named Kim Arellano executive director. The hospital district plans to expand services and build a new hospital. She will continue as president and CEO of Arellano Consulting, which specializes in leadership development.

Columbia Bank hired Frank Matulis as vice president and commercial banking officer in Tacoma. Matulis has 27 years of experience in the banking industry and was vice president of Tacoma Business Banking Group at Wells Fargo. At Columbia, he is responsible for commercial banking relationships.
Wells Fargo Private Bank said Ken Kilbreath has joined the Seattle group as a vice president and wealth advisor. Kilbreath will work with high-net-worth individuals and families. Kilbreath joins Wells Fargo from the law firm Inslee, Best, Doezie & Ryder, where he was a shareholder practicing in estate planning, trust and estate litigation, guardianship and business.
Gov. Chris Gregoire appointed Jerry Litt to the Washington State Transportation Commission, effective July 1. Litt has worked as a planning professional for his entire career, retiring from public service after 13 years as community development director for Lacey. The commission provides a public forum for transportation policy development.
