Leslie Womack is the founder of Live Life Tours, a boutique tour company in Seattle. She has been a travel professional for 28 years and worked with the Washington D.C. Convention & Visitors Bureau, Aramark Parks and Resorts, Lake Quinault Lodge and Mayflower Park Hotel in Seattle. The company offers small group tours that focus on food and wine, art and history, adventure and nature.
Leopold Ketel, a marketing agency in Portland, added Lea Anne Clifton as an account manager. She was with Mutt Industries of Portland and also worked as project manager/digital producer at Nike.com and project manager at MTV.
Kathleen Kitto has been named vice provost for research and dean of the Graduate School at Western Washington University. Kitto has been acting vice provost for research and acting dean of the Graduate School since March 2012.

Barry Loveless is the new public works director for Bainbridge Island. He has been the public works director for Poulsbo since 2008, and before that was senior program manager for Kitsap County Public Works. Loveless also served in various public works/engineering capacities for the U.S. Navy. He has a master's degree in construction management from Georgia Tech University.
Dr. Sandra E. Madrid won the 2013 Latino Heritage Award from the city of Seattle. She retired from the University of Washington School of Law this fall and has been an advocate for underrepresented people, specifically women and children of diverse backgrounds. She is on the boards of United Way of King County, Seattle Art Museum, YMCA and Seattle Children's.
Patrick Damiano is the new president and CEO of ColumbiaGrid. He was named acting president and CEO in April, and has more than 25 years of experience in the electric power industry including as a consultant for ColumbiaGrid before joining as an employee in 2011. He has a degree in electrical engineering from Washington State University. ColumbiaGrid is a nonprofit membership corporation formed in 2006 to improve the efficiency, reliability and expansion of the Northwest transmission grid.

Hacker Group, a digital/direct marketing agency in Seattle, recently made several organizational changes. Haydn Sweterlitsch, currently VP and executive creative director for the AT&T account, will now become VP and executive creative director over all accounts. Carrie Woolman, director of analytics and targeting, will now become executive director. Kristin Flor is now managing director of business development for marketing and PR.
Jacobson Jarvis, a Seattle firm that provides financial and accounting services to not-for-profits, has added Amy Zimerman as an audit associate. In addition to serving as an auditor, Zimerman will help organizations improve their financial literacy. She was president and founder of Leaping Dolphins, a consulting firm that advised not-for-profits on strategic planning, financial management and governance, and also worked with Thrive by Five Washington, Sightline Institute and Life's Doors Hospice.
Oregon College of Art and Craft named Michael Lammers chief financial officer. He worked at Marylhurst University as executive vice president and chief financial officer since 1998, and was involved in a $25 million master plan for the 65-acre campus and 15 major buildings.
