Stephanie Grassia has joined Helsell Fetterman, a Seattle-based law firm. She has practiced insurance law in Seattle for over 10 years and will lead the Insurance Coverage group.
Ryan Swanson & Cleveland said Mick Fleming as rejoined the law firm in the Litigation, Real Estate and Business Groups. He worked for 14 years at Lane Powell. Fleming focuses on complex dispute resolution.
Gary F. Gonter of Lakewood was elected the 2014 president of the Washington State Fair in Puyallup, along with Michael D. Nelson, vice president; David R. Campbell, secretary; W. David Schodde, treasurer; and Kent R. Hojem, CEO. Gonter is president of Bandstand Music.

The Seattle Arts Commission has added a new member: Sharon Williams, managing director of the Central District Forum for Arts & Ideas. The commission advises the mayor and City Council.
Angelia D. Wesch and Meghan A. Douris are the newest partners at Oles Morrison Rinker & Baker. Wesch is a partner in the Real Estate, Insurance Coverage and Construction Defect practice groups, with more than 20 years of experience. Douris has been elevated to partner after practicing construction law with Oles Morrison since 2010. She is a LEED Green Associate.

Michael Reph is principal Business Banking relationship manager for Wells Fargo in Seattle. He is based in Seattle and works with small and-medium-sized-businesses throughout King County. He was a relationship manager for Wells Fargo's Regional Commercial Banking Office.

Linda Nguyen, CEO of WorkForce Central, was re-appointed to the board of trustees for the US Conference of Mayors Workforce Development Council. The council is a forum for cities to examine workforce issues.
Seattle-based AlphaCipher Acquisition Corp., which does business as Vadium, named Mark Hulak senior vice president for corporate development. He has experience in corporate development, M&A banking and private equity, and has worked at Microsoft, JP Morgan and Goldman Sachs. The firm is a development-stage company focused on digital security and privacy issues.
Clark Nuber promoted Dora Leung to principal in the Tax Services Group, which works on large, multistate and multinational operations.
Lynnwood-based Pacific Crest Savings Bank named Kevin Hogan senior vice president of client services. He was chief operating officer and SVP of retail operations at City Bank of Lynnwood.
