KCTS Television said Rob Dunlop, who has been serving as interim president/CEO, has accepted the position of president/CEO. He comes to KCTS 9 from Fisher Communications, where he held a range of positions, most recently executive vice president and chief operating officer.
The Washington Association of Wine Grape Growers announced several awards: Grower of the Year: Rick Hamman, viticulture manager for Hogue Ranches; Industry Service: Leo Garcia and Francisco Sarmiento of Wenatchee Valley College; Lifetime Achievement: Myles Anderson, part owner and founder of Walla Walla Vintners; and Restaurant Appreciation: Canlis.

Seattle-based AlphaCipher Acquisition Corp., which does business as Vadium, appointed Steven Lutz vice president of security technology. He has more than 30 years of information security and technology expertise, and founded WaySecure Consulting. AlphaCipher is a development-stage company focusing on security and privacy issues for computer networks and digital security systems.
ECONorthwest, a Northwest economic consulting firm, said it has made three new hires. The Seattle office will be headed by Morgan Shook, Matthew Kitchen and Erik Rundell. Shook and Kitchen join as project directors. Rundell is a project manager. Shook and Rundell were with Berk Associates. Kitchen was with Puget Sound Regional Council. ECONorthwest is also increasing staff in its Portland headquarters and in Boise.

Kirkland Performance Center said Jeff Lockhart has been named interim executive director while the board conducts a national search for a permanent director. Lockhart is executive director of Creatio Institute at Northwest University and manages operations of a multifaceted music industry institute.
Southern Wine & Spirits of the Pacific Northwest has made a number of appointments in the senior management team. Ryan Lumaco is vice president, general manager in Washington and Michael Jeffrey is vice president, general manager in Oregon. Matt Haskins has added trade development to his responsibilities as Southern-PNW's senior vice president, wine. Southern Wine & Spirits of America is a distributor and broker with operations in 35 markets.

Perkins Coie said Patchen Haggerty has joined the Seattle office as a partner in the Trademark & Copyright practice. Haggerty was a partner with Dorsey & Whitney in Seattle. Haggerty manages global trademark portfolios and enforcement programs for companies, including copyright, trade secret, domain name, IP due diligence, privacy and Internet security issues.
Coastal Hotel Group of Seattle has hired Diana Delgado as senior vice president of marketing. She will be responsible for marketing, branding, advertising and public relations for Coastal and its properties. Delgado was director of marketing and sales for Pan Pacific Seattle.
