Lighthouse eDiscovery, which offers eDiscovery services and consulting, said Lynn Reilly has rejoined as director of hosted solutions. Reilly was at T-Mobile as senior corporate counsel for eDiscovery, and before that was director of client services at Lighthouse and practiced at K&L Gates on the eDiscovery team.
Frazier Healthcare, a provider of growth capital to health care companies, said Richard E. Maroun has joined as an operating executive on the growth buyout team. He has been a pharmaceutical executive and helped Aptalis Pharma when it was acquired by Forest Laboratories for $2.9 billion.
Williams Kastner has added four local attorneys led by John G. Young, founding partner of Young deNormandie. Markos Scheer, Dean G. von Kallenbach and Patrick Byrnes have also joined the firm, with experience in fisheries and maritime law, commercial transactions and business litigation.

Frank Welton, general manager of Hilton Seattle Airport & Conference Center and DoubleTree by Hilton Seattle Airport, has been promoted to area general manager of Seattle/Northwest region. He will supervise teams at five additional hotels: Hilton Portland, Embassy Suites Portland Downtown, Hilton Vancouver, DoubleTree Spokane City Center and Embassy Suites Seattle-Tacoma Airport.
Esterline Corp. of Bellevue named Julie Albrecht senior director of investor relations and treasurer. She suceeds Brian Keogh, who is retiring as director of investor relations after 31 years, and Al Yost, who was treasurer and now will be segment president of advanced materials for the aerospace and defense maufacturer.


Daniel N. Shin and Chris M. Kang joined Inslee Best Doezie & Ryder in Bellevue. Shin works with Chinese, Korean and Canadian government entities, as well as other clients on business and real estate. Kang works on business and real estate matters for mixed-use properties, office, retail and shopping centers.

The Seattle branding and design firm Hornall Anderson hired Tim Halloran as digital strategy director. He has experience in digital strategy, design and development, brand identity, marketing, copywriting and content strategy for clients such as Microsoft, Target, Smithsonian and the Federal Reserve. Hornall Anderson is part of DAS Group of Companies.

Overlake Medical Center hired Tom DeBord as chief operating officer. DeBord was president of Summa Barberton & Wadsworth-Rittman Hospitals in Akron, Ohio, and also worked for Barberton Citizens Hospital.

Seattle Bank added John Waechter to the board of directors. He is managing director for Delafield Hambrecht in Seattle.
