Lighthouse eDiscovery, a technology-enabled ediscovery services and consulting firm, said Martin Carey is the new managing director of Europe. He has managed large corporate workflow and document management systems, and was a partner at Proven Legal Technologies.
Atigeo, a technology company in Bellevue, named Alejandro Cabrera as chief marketing officer. He was vice president of corporate marketing, brand and communication for Bellevue-based Outerwall.
Socrata, a software provider for data-driven digital government, named Eric Eden chief marketing officer. Eden has more than two decades of experience in technology marketing and will be based in the Washington, D.C., office.

Aortica Corp. of Bellevue, an early stage privately held company focused on treatments for abdominal aortic aneurysms, named Shannon Eubanks vice president of operations.
Marisol International, a Roadrunner Transportation Systems firm based in Cudahy, Wisconsin, will open an office in Seattle as part of the new Northwest Seaport Alliance between the ports of Seattle and Tacoma. The NWSA alliance is the third largest trade gateway in North America, with international two-way trade totaling $73.6 billion in 2014.

Fisher & Phillips LLP, a national labor and employment law firm, added Rochelle Nelson and Cody Nunn in the Seattle office. Both won the CALI Award for Legal Excellence. Nelson will focus on employment law and Nunn will focus on immigration. Nelson was a law clerk for the Washington State Supreme Court. Nunn worked at Expeditors and was a law clerk in Snohomish County Superior Court.

John Coughlan has joined Lane Powell in the Startups and Emerging Companies Practice Group. He will focus on corporate, tax and transactional matters.
Seattle Repertory Theatre said Braden Abraham has been appointed artistic head, effective immediately. He has been a member of the Rep's artistic staff for 13 years, and was named acting artistic director in 2014, following the death of Jerry Manning. The four-year contract runs through 2019.
