Tom Willis, PhD, will transition to an advisory role. Three legal administration experts have formed a new firm, JND Legal Administration, and acquired two legal administrators: Class Action Administration LLC and the bankruptcy claims agent Upshot Services LLC, both based in Denver. Jennifer Keough, Neil Zola and David Isaac have reunited to launch JND after working together for 15 years at Garden City Group. They will focus on administering large-scale class action, bankruptcy and mass tort cases. Keough is CEO, and Zola and Isaac are co-chairs of Class Action Administration. Matt Pohl will continue as president of Class Action Administration. JND has offices in Seattle, Denver and New York.

Harold Malkin has joined Lane Powell as a shareholder in the Litigation Department, and will chair the Investigations and Regulatory Compliance Team. He served more than 20 years with the Department of Justice, most recently as chief of the Affirmative Civil Enforcement Unit in the U.S. Attorney's Office in Seattle.

The Seattle-based automated data science platform firm Context Relevant named Joseph Polverari CEO. Polverari has more than 20 years of experience in financial services, and was chief strategy and development officer at Yodlee. Context Relevant focuses on machine learning for cybersecurity, fraud prevention, sales and marketing. It also has an office in New York City.
