Vamshi Reddy has joined Lane Powell as an attorney in the litigation practice group. Reddy focuses on securities and complex commercial litigation, data privacy, and white collar criminal and civil defense. She worked for Oregon's Department of Consumer and Business Services, and was an assistant U.S. attorney in the Eastern District of New York.
JND Legal Administration, a business outsourcing firm focused on management and administration of large-scale class action, bankruptcy and mass tort claims, named Amanda Horn senior vice president of client services. Horn has spent more than 20 years in leadership roles at Garden City Group, and Gilardi & Co., and also was an attorney with Hagens Berman Sobol Shapiro.

Skagit Bank hired Teresa Wyman in the Ballard office as vice president and commercial loan officer. She has been in banking for 12 years and lives in Ballard. Skagit Bank also opened a new loan production office at 5704 Evergreen Way in Everett and plans to expand in Snohomish County. The office vice presidents and commercial loan officers are Kathy Klier, Jason Shirley and Jim Calderon. The residential real estate loan officer is Matt Barber and the credit analyst is Anthony Galvan. This is Skagit Bank's fourteenth office.
Hayley Thompson is the new Skagit County coroner. She replaces Daniel Dempsey, who retired in March. Thompson's appointment runs through the end of the year. She must run for reelection in November.

Daniel Findley has joined Helsell Fetterman in the Business & Estate Planning groups. He has almost 20 years of experience in business, tax, real estate and intellectual property matters, and was of counsel at Mills Meyers Swartling in Seattle.
Tourism Sun Peaks said Arlene Schieven is the new president and chief executive officer of the marketing organization for Canada's second largest ski resort. She is currently president and chief marketing officer of Sun Valley Marketing Alliance in Idaho, and replaces Christopher Nicolson who now heads Canada West Ski Areas Association.

Stoel Rives said James E. Torgerson, firm managing partner, won the Jay Rabinowitz Public Service Award from the Alaska Bar Foundation. Torgerson joined Stoel Rives in 2008 and founded the Anchorage office.


Conlon Dart named two new partners: Rick Bryan and Joe Boden. Bryan joined the firm in 2006, and leads financial planning efforts and is on the investment committee. Boden joined in 2013 and focuses on investment research. Conlon Dart is a Seattle-based, fee-only wealth management firm.
