OfferUp, a Bellevue-based mobile marketplace for local buying and selling, hired Peter Wilson as vice president of engineering. Wilson has led engineering teams for Facebook and Google in Washington. OfferUp recently hired its 90th employee, up from 30 this time last year.

Joe Paganelli has been named manager of Marion Oliver McCaw Hall at Seattle Center. He has over 20 years' experience in the entertainment business starting in San Francisco in the early 1990s at Bill Graham Presents, now Live Nation. He was coordinator/manager of Sony Pictures TV Music Group and worked for the ticketing company Flavorus. McCaw Hall had 344 events last year.

U-Haul

U-Haul Company of Washington said Tacoma Towing LLC signed on as a U-Haul neighborhood dealer to serve the Lakewood community. Tacoma Towing is owned by Brain Paige and is at 9118 39th Ave. S.W. It will offer U-Haul trucks, trailers, towing equipment and in-store pick-up for boxes.

Rose has been at KING 5 since 2000, working in local and national sales for KING 5 and KONG-TV, and as director of sales until becoming vice president and station manager in 2014. He also worked in New York with Capital Cities and for the Chris-Craft ABC affiliate in Salt Lake City.
