Frontier Communications named Dawn Clark vice president of finance for the West Region, which serves more than 4 million households and businesses in California, Oregon and Washington. She will be based in Los Angeles. Joseph Gamble was named vice president of operations for the West Region, based in Ontario, Calif.

Whitepages

Eleveld

Whitepages, a contact and identity information service, named Rob Eleveld CEO. Founder Alex Algard will remain executive chairman of the board of Whitepages and continue as CEO of Hiya. Eleveld was hired in 2013 as vice president of enterprise sales and promoted to general manager of Whitepages Pro. Algard purchased the Whitepages.com domain for $900 in 1996, and started the website that year.

Williams

Michaele Williams has joined Banner Bank as vice president and business banking team lead for the Puget Sound region. Williams has nearly 20 years of experience, and will be at the Redmond branch.

Farmin, Rothrock & Parrott

Newport Beach, California-based Alliant Insurance Services has acquired Farmin, Rothrock & Parrott in Spokane as part of its expansion in the Northwest. This is Alliant's fifth acquisition here since 2014. FRP was founded in 1922 and has clients in Washington, Oregon, Idaho and Montana. John Richardson, president of FRP, and his entire team will join Alliant. Terms of the agreement were not disclosed.

Visualant

Visualant, a Seattle-based provider of chromatic-based identification, authentication and diagnostic solutions, named Jeff Wilson chief financial officer. He has more than 20 years of senior financial experience at MicroVision, Command Center and Acumatica.

Washington State University

The Elson S. Floyd College of Medicine at Washington State University named John Roll vice dean for research. He has served as interim in that position. He will leave his position as senior vice chancellor of WSU Spokane Health Sciences, and continue as a professor in medicine and nursing.

Frazier Healthcare Partners

Frazier Healthcare Partners, a Seattle provider of capital to health care companies, hired Brock Hardaway and Kelly McCullum as operating partners on the growth buyout team. Brock was CEO of Millennium Health, a clinical toxicology lab. McCullum is returning to Frazier.

1st Security Bank of Washington

1st Security Bank of Washington will open a new home lending office in Everett at 2825 Colby Ave., Suite 205, with managers Rich Sweum and Robert Brooks. The office will have seven loan officers and a similar size support staff. This will be the fourth stand-alone home lending office for the bank.
