Sharlese Metcalf, who hosts KEXP's Audioasis music program, is taking a new job: education coordinator to build education and community programs. Metcalf hosted Audioasis for 10 years and will continue as a fill-in host.
In Seattle, Mary Gardner joined tech company F5 Networks as chief information security officer. Gardner held the same position at Seattle Children's. She also held security positions at Fred Hutchinson Cancer Research Center, Port of Seattle, JPMorgan Chase and Washington Mutual.
Steve Singh will join the board of Seattle-based Washington Federal. Singh is CEO and chairman of Docker, a San Francisco cloud technology company, and was CEO and co-founder of Concur Technologies, a Bellevue travel and expense management company. Washington Federal operates 236 bank branches across the West and in Texas.
Debra Montgomery joined Union Bank in Bellevue as Pacific Northwest region managing director in the Private Mortgage Division. Montgomery has more than 15 years of experience, most recently as Northwest market leader for Movement Mortgage and at Bank of America.
Camping World Holdings signed an agreement to acquire Russ Dean RV, 40-year-old dealership in Pasco. Lincolnshire, Illinois-based Camping World operates three RV sales and service stores in Washington: Burlington, Spokane and Fife.

Angela Stowell, partner and CEO of Ethan Stowell Restaurants, is now CEO of FareStart in Seattle. Stowell and her husband, chef Ethan Stowell, grew their business over the past 11 years to include 16 restaurants. Angela succeeds Megan Karch, who stepped down in March after 18 years at the nonprofit to lead IslandWood environmental learning center on Bainbridge Island. ESR is seeking a replacement for Stowell. FareStart provides job training in the food industry for homeless and low-income people.
In Kirkland, Bluetooth Special Interest Group announced that Peter Liu and Ron Wong are joining its board this month as associate member directors. Liu is an architect of wearable systems at Bose and Wong is a director of product marketing at Cypress Semiconductor. Bluetooth SIG oversees development of Bluetooth standards and licensing.
Seattle-based agricultural biotech company Phytelligence hired Gerard Bogdon as global vice president of sales for citrus. Bogdon is based in Florida, where he oversees sales of citrus varieties of rootstock, spring buds and whips. He has more than 17 years of experience.
Seattle-based biopharmaceutical company Immusoft hired Dr. Jason D. Fontenot as chief scientific officer. Fontenot was head of exploratory research at Juno Therapeutics. He also spent nearly a decade as a group leader in the immunology department at Biogen. Immusoft re-engineers B cells to treat diseases.
M3 Biotechnology, a Seattle clinical therapeutics company addressing Alzheimer's and other neurodegenerative diseases, named Deborah C. Hopkins to its business and strategy advisory board. Hopkins has executive experiences in finance, technology and innovation at Citi, Boeing, General Motors and Lucent Technologies.
