Seattle CityClub

Diane Douglas, executive director of Seattle CityClub, is stepping down Nov. 1 after 11 years with the nonprofit. Under her leadership, CityClub's budget and staff doubled, and its audience grew to over 1 million annual participants. Assistant director Allie Johnson will become interim executive director while recruiter Herd Freed Hartz finds a permanent leader. CityClub offers programs to inform and connect citizens.

Spokane Tribe

The Spokane Tribe in Stevens County will be the first to benefit from the Tribal Solar Accelerator Fund organized by nonprofit GRID Alternatives. The tribe will build a 637-kilowatt solar project to help power 14 buildings, including housing and offices. Wells Fargo will add $5 million over three years to the program.

Amerigroup Washington

Amerigroup Washington was selected by Washington Health Care Authority to receive new contracts to provide integrated managed care to Medicaid-eligible residents in the state. The services become effective in 2019 and include medical, mental health, substance abuse treatment and dental benefits. Seattle-based Amerigroup Washington is a subsidiary of Anthem.

MadeHere

Seattle's first MadeHere shop opened in Pioneer Square at 115 S. Jackson St. The store carries goods from Seattle-area designers, artists and makers. MadeHere opened its first shop in 2014 in Portland's Pearl District, and now has four shops there.

Western State Hospital

Holt

The state Department of Social and Health Services named Dave Holt CEO of Western State Hospital. Holt has been COO of the hospital since 2015 and was interim CEO for two months. He has over 35 years of hospital administration and mental health management experience, mostly with Department of Veterans Affairs' hospitals in Southern California.

Ageility Physical Therapy

Ageility Physical Therapy Solutions this month is opening clinics in Shelton, Bremerton, Burlington and Mount Vernon that offer physical, occupational and speech therapy. Ageility partners with local home health agencies and establishes outpatient clinics in senior living settings. It is part of Newton, Massachusetts-based Five Star Senior Living.

Yapta

Seattle-based Yapta, an airfare and hotel price tracking service, hired Bruce Hanna as general manager of Europe, the Middle East and Asia. Hanna has worked in the travel industry for over 20 years, most recently as vice president at Antenna International in charge of commercial operations in Europe, the Middle East and Asia.

REI

The used equipment website for outdoor gear co-op REI is out of beta testing and ready to go. It will sell used products for up to 65 percent less than new ones, and offer member-to-member gear swaps. The site is REI.com/used. Peter Whitcomb is director of strategy and leader of REI's used gear efforts.
