Renee Mansour is the newest member of Minuteman Press International President's Million-Dollar Circle. Mansour owns the Minuteman Press print franchise in Bend, Oregon. The award goes to franchisees that have yearly gross sales of at least $1 million. Mansour's store also was named as one of Central Oregon's top 20 fastest growing companies for the past two years.
Redmond-based mobile communications network company Kymeta appointed Gene Renuart and Matt Grob as senior advisors to its board. Renuart is founder and president of The Renuart Group and spent nearly 40 years in the Air Force, lastly as commander of North American Aerospace Defense Command. Grob is chief technology officer at Xcom Labs. Prior to that, he was executive vice president and CTO at Qualcomm.
Seattle-based Omnidian acquired the commercial solar operations and maintenance business of Hoboken, New Jersey-based PV Pros. The deal increases Omnidian's oversight of solar power to 1.3 gigawatts across 200,000 systems. Omnidian provides residential and commercial solar system performance plans and cash-back energy guarantees.
Denver-based Integrated Beverage Group acquired Ransom Wine Co. & Distillery in Oregon's Willamette Valley. The deal includes Ransom's McMinnville tasting room. Financial terms were not disclosed. Ransom founder Tad Seestedt is staying with IBG as the master distiller. Ransom produces wine, vermouth, grappa, whiskey and gin.
Seattle-based fleet tracking technology company Zonar is teaming with BusPatrol to offer free stop-arm enforcement systems to school districts in states that approve stop-arm camera programs on school buses. The systems are funded through fines incurred by motorists who don't stop when a school bus deploys its stop arm. BusPatrol develops stop-arm enforcement programs.

Seattle-based strategy and design firm Intentional Futures hired Victoria Burwell as president. Burwell has over 25 years of leadership, management and marketing experience with Fortune 500 companies, startups and consulting firms. Most recently, she co-founded Equinauts, a software and analytics company. Prior to that, she was a senior vice president at McGraw-Hill.
Oklahoma-based Gateway First Bank promoted Jake Carlisle to regional vice president of Pacific Northwest operations, where he oversees all offices in Washington, Oregon, Idaho and Utah. Carlisle joined Gateway in 2016 as an area manager in Vancouver. He has 18 years of experience in the mortgage industry.
Forbes ranked Michael Matthews of UBS Private Wealth Management as the top financial adviser in Washington on its list of best-in-state wealth advisers for 2020. This is the third year that Matthews has been on the list. He is a managing director and senior portfolio manager at the Bellevue UBS office.
Portland vacation rental management company Vacasa acquired Redwood Coast Vacation Rentals of McKinleyville, California. The deal added 125 rental homes to Vacasa's California inventory, which now is nearly 1,700 homes. Vacasa hired Redwood Coast's 22 employees, including former owner Mike Reinman, who now is a community manager.
Molina Healthcare of Washington is temporarily transitioning its health plan staff to remote status. This step is being taken to prevent potential exposure of Molina employees to the coronavirus. It affects operations in Bothell, Spokane, Vancouver and Wenatchee. Molina's MyHealth Everett primary care clinic will remain fully staffed. The transition is expected to remain in effect until at least March 31.
