In Seattle, Laird Norton Wealth Management named Carla C. Wigen as managing director of client services. Wigen joined Laird Norton in 2018 as managing director of fiduciary strategy, and has 25 years of expertise in wealth management, trusts and estate planning, taxes and law. In her new role, she is helping company departments work together and identifying new programs and resources for clients.

The board of Snohomish-based Dream Dinners appointed Tina Kuna as CEO. Kuna was CFO and held other senior leadership roles at Dream Dinners since founding it in 2002 with Stephanie Allen. Dream Dinners operates 70 kitchens in 22 states where customers prepare their dinners from kits provided by the company. Meals prepared by Dream Dinners' staff also may be picked up or delivered. Sales at the company have surged during the pandemic and the company plans to resume franchising additional kitchens early next year.

Nicholas King is the new president of Lockton Companies' Washington office in Bellevue. King comes from Seattle brokerage Parker, Smith & Feek, where he led the firm's real estate practice. He has 10 years of experience with insurance products for the development of apartment, condo, mixed-use and commercial buildings. Lockton has offices around the globe, with headquarters in Kansas City, Missouri; London; and Dubai. It provides insurance, risk management and employee benefits.

Portland-based Standard Insurance Co. (The Standard) promoted Kirsten Schmieding to retirement plan consultant. Schmieding started at The Standard in 2013 as an internal retirement plan consultant in Portland and moved in January to Texas as a retirement plan consultant associate. She is based in Dallas and works with advisors in Texas, Oklahoma and Arkansas.
The Tacoma Rainiers partnered with Ivar's to launch Cheneyville Grab N' Go, a drive-thru food service offering ballpark favorites that can be picked up at Cheney Stadium. The pop-up venue operates 2-7 p.m. Thursdays through Saturdays until Aug. 1. Food can be ordered through the ChowNow app or at http://www.eat.ChowNow.com.

The Washington State Bar Association elected Sativa Rasmussen as chair of its Cannabis Law Section. Rasmussen, an attorney with Dorsey & Whitney in Seattle, founded the Cannabis Law Section in 2016 and has been chair-elect. She will serve a two-year term beginning Oct. 1. At Dorsey & Whitney, Rasmussen counsels cannabis businesses on a wide range of corporate and regulatory issues.
The city of Sammamish promoted Anjali Myer to director of Parks, Recreation and Facilities. Myer was deputy director and has been with the city for 12 years. Prior to joining Sammamish, she was an associate landscape architect with the city of Fremont, California.
Bellevue-based Tapas Capital appointed Greg Greeley as an advisor. Greeley was president of Airbnb Homes and prior to that spent nearly 19 years at Amazon working on various growth initiatives, international expansion and business development. He also has held leadership roles at Sun Microsystems, United Airlines and McDonnell Douglas. Tapas is an early-stage venture capital firm founded in 2018. This year it has invested in six companies, including Give InKind of Tacoma and Vega Cloud of Liberty Lake.
Seattle-based Know Labs inked a research agreement with the Mayo Clinic to test and validate its noninvasive medical diagnostics technology. Know Labs directs structured light or radio waves through substances to capture molecular signatures used for identification, authentication and diagnosis. It is developing a wearable continuous glucose monitor that uses this technology.
Vancouver-based ZoomInfo donated 2,000 protective masks to frontline workers at Legacy Salmon Creek Medical Center in Vancouver and Saint Elizabeth's Medical Center in Boston. The company and its associates also gave $100,000 to local food banks, including Clark County Food Bank in Vancouver and Greater Boston Food Bank. ZoomInfo sells access to its database of business people and companies to sales, marketing and recruiting professionals.
