KeyCorp

Jean Miller has been named vice president and regional Structured Finance manager for Cleveland-based KeyCorp's Northwest and Rocky Mountain Regions. Structured Finance is a new line of business for KeyBank in both regions, focusing on the commercial finance market.

Metawave Communications Corp. has hired James "Jay" Daley as senior vice president of sales and marketing. Headquartered in Redmond, Metawave Communications Corporation designs, manufactures and markets multibeam antenna systems and engineering services that enable wireless communications service providers to optimize call quality, coverage and capacity.

American Arbitration Association

The American Arbitration Association, the nation's largest provider of dispute resolution services, has appointed Sheri Raders to the position of Seattle regional vice president. Raders will assume responsibility for oversight of case administration, management of staff, marketing, training, public speaking and education on alternative dispute resolution.

Glumac International

Glumac International, a full service engineering firm, has added five new employees to its electrical engineering department. Matt Dorsey has joined as senior electrical designer. He will be responsible for creating detailed designs of electrical systems and equipment as well as for construction administration. Judy Ebmeyer has been hired as electrical project manager. Ebmeyer will work closely with clients by attending job meetings, designing electrical systems, supervising projects and installation and following up on projects. Dan Steinert and Tahir Khalil both join as electrical designers. Steinert will work with electrical design and coordination, and construction drawings. He will also specialize in lighting projects. Khalil will assist the project manager with designing electrical systems and the CAD team with drafting. Mike Hamrick has been hired as an electrical design technician. He will be responsible for project coordination, client and owner relations, compilation of design data and production of construction documents. Glumac International provides mechanical, electrical, telecommunications, energy and acoustical engineering services. The firm has offices in Portland, San Francisco, Sacramento, Los Angeles and Madrid.

The YMCA of Greater Seattle has selected Monica Elenbaas as its new director of communications. She previously served as community relations director for the South Sound YMCA in Olympia.

Bump will be responsible for overseeing operation and maintenance of all domestic and international plants under contract to North America.
