Stephanie Helget has joined the Tacoma offices of JayRay Ads & PR as an account executive. Helget formerly served as a marketing coordinator for Franciscan Health Systems.
Jason Webb was recently added as sales representative in the Seattle metropolitan area for Hood River Distillers. Webb formerly served as a wine representative for Odom Corp.
J. Stewart Sawyer III was recently named marketing director for Seattle's Acordia Northwest. Sawyer formerly served as corporate vice president and actuary.
Dynacraft, a division of Paccar, recently celebrated it's 30th anniversary in the heavy truck parts business. Dynacraft product lines include belts, hoses, fasteners, hose assemblies, battery cable assemblies, fittings, adapters and truck polish products. Dynacraft is based in Algona.
Mackie Designs, a Woodinville-based manufacturer and marketer of professional audio systems, recently appointed Peter Watts to vice president of engineering. Watts formerly served as director of engineering.
Shuttle Express, an airport transportation company, recently relocated to a 25,000-square foot building in Renton. John Hagen has been appointed manager of planning and routing; Terry Sorum has been appointed manager of dispatch; Steve Hendrickshas been promoted to manager of marketing and sales; and Jeannie Miller has been promoted to sales assistant for the marketing and sales department.

Linda A. Crocker, senior public relations specialist for Frank Russell Investment Management Co., Anne E. Devine, editor for Drugstore.com and Patricia Graesser, public affairs specialist for the Seattle District U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, have been awarded accreditation by the Public Relations Society of America.
Reed McClure, a Seattle-based law firm, recently added Sherry H. Rogers as a principal representing health care providers and medical institutions in malpractice matters and Dawn M. Gallina as an associate emphasizing corporate law and finance, contracts, securities, mergers and acquisitions and equity investment transactions. Rogers formerly served as a partner at McIntyre, Barns & Rogers in Seattle. Gallina formerly served as chief operating officer of Funding Dynamics in Washington D.C.
Bellevue's Fluke Capital Management recently committed $50 million dollars of its own funds to its venture capital business unit, recently renamed Fluke Venture Partners. Dennis P. Weston was recently promoted to managing director of Fluke Venture Partners.
The King County Park System is accepting volunteers to serve as Senior Park Ambassadors. Senior citizens would volunteer for activities from May to September including park and wildlife research, park stewardship, public outreach and youth involvement. King County Park System is recruiting people 50 and older for the program, but would consider residents who are younger.
