Seattle law firm Betts, Patterson & Mines hired Jody L. Campbell and Victoria M. Pond. Both are associates in the complex litigation group. Campbell received her law degree from the George Washington University School of Law, and Pond earned a law degree from Stanford Law School. Betts, Patterson & Mines has 25 lawyers.
Seattle Goodwill appointed Cynthia A. Forslund vice president of retail operations. Forslund will oversee operations of Goodwill's regional thrift stores. Forslund was managing director of Borders Pacific Rim in Melbourne, Australia. Goodwill is a nonprofit that helps low-income people find jobs. Seattle pharmacy technology company Integrated Healthcare Systems appointed Thomas J. Virgin vice president and chief financial officer. Virgin's 25 years of experience includes work as chief financial officer for the Bellevue game company WizKids. Integrated Healthcare Systems provides automation systems to hospitals and centralized pharmacies.
Bellevue's InfoSpace appointed Frank Barbieri vice president of new product development and business development for its Infospace Mobile section. Barbieri will lead an innovation team that develops and brings to market new products and services. He has 12 years of international product management and business development expertise. Infospace Mobile publishes wireless content such as games and graphics.
Omeros Corp., a Seattle-based biopharmaceutical company, hired Clark E. Tedford as vice president of research. Tedford's expertise is pharmacology, and he will direct the company's research efforts. He was president and chief executive officer of Solentix BioSciences, a biotechnology company that focuses on therapeutics for central nervous system and inflammatory diseases.

Banner Corp. is the parent of Banner Bank, a commercial bank headquartered in Walla Walla with 51 branch offices and 12 loan offices in Washington, Oregon and Idaho.
Car-share provider Flexcar added Stephen Campbell to its board of directors and named marketing expert Mark Nassutti director of special projects. Campbell is managing director of Inancia, a Seattle-based company that does financial analysis. He recently co-founded San Francisco-based finance company Tideline Capital.
Nassutti will do marketing, sales and development for programs funded by grants. He was chief marketing officer with Seattle-area startup TeachFirst and held executive positions at Eddie Bauer and Milgard Windows.
Dinerware appointed Jeff Riley chief executive officer. Riley's 16-year software industry career includes work as a general manager at Microsoft Corp. His expertise is in strategic growth, business management and operations. Dinerware offers a touch screen system for use by restaurants.
