Clipper Navigation, operators of Victoria Clipper, Clipper Vacations and Destination Services Northwest, hired Linda Botts as assistant vice president of sales. Botts has 25 years of experience in tourism and has worked with Coast Hotel Wenatchee, Executive Hotel Pacific and Hotel Deca Seattle.
Tacoma Goodwill hired Mark Holcomb as senior vice president of business operations and Cheryl J. Bidleman as human resources director. Holcomb was vice president of operations for Rodda Paint Co. in Portland. Bidleman has 20 years of experience in human resources, most recently with Comcast in Fife.
Bellevue-based GA Creative, a graphic design and marketing firm, hired Joey Marin as designer. Marin worked at HL2 Seattle.
Redmond-based Micronics hired Larry Hambleton as vice president of sales and marketing. Hambleton was director of product marketing at Cepheid, and has 25 years of experience in the diagnostics industry. Micronics develops rapid, molecular diagnostics for detection of infectious diseases.
Bellevue-based Paccar has made some changes in leadership. Tom Plimpton is vice chairman, effective Sept. 1. Plimpton has been with the company for 31 years and been president since 2003. He succeeds Mike Tembreull, vice chairman and director, who will retire in January. Tembreull has been with Paccar for 38 years. Jim Cardillo will be president. Cardillo joined the company in 1990. Paccar designs and manufactures trucks under the Kenworth, Peterbilt and DAF names.

Davis Wright Tremaine hired Summer Stinson in the Seattle office as an associate in its Labor and Employment Law Practice Group. Stinson has worked in human resource management in New York and San Francisco.
The Four Seasons Hotel Seattle hired Beverly Magee as director of sales and marketing. Magee has worked for the Four Seasons for 16 years and began her career at the Four Seasons Hotel Houston and transferred to the Four Seasons Olympic Hotel in Seattle in 1998.
Skamania Lodge, a resort in the Columbia River Gorge managed by Destination Hotels & Resorts, hired Tammy Oxentenko as national sales manager. Oxentenko was a sales manager at Embassy Suites Portland Airport/John Q. Hammons Hotels.
Seattle's Convention and Visitors Bureau hired Tom Norwalk as president and CEO. Norwalk will manage the main Seattle office and sales offices in Washington, D.C., and Chicago. He has worked in the tourism industry for 25 years. Norwalk succeeds Don Welsh, who resigned to become president of the Indianapolis Convention & Visitors Association.
