Mud Bay, a natural pet supply store, is the first retailer to sign a lease at Piper Village in Greenwood. Piper Village is a new urban village with a mix of retail and apartments currently under construction. The natural dog and cat supply store will open in July.
Bellevue-based Knowledge Anywhere, a supplier of technology-based support systems and e-learning solutions, has acquired Minneapolis-based Warehouse Intellect, a provider of corporate e-learning solutions for companies like Best Buy, General Electric and Denny's. Warehouse Intellect will be branded under the Knowledge Anywhere name. All employees will be retained and Knowledge Anywhere will gain an office in the Midwest.
Group Health Credit Union has relocated its Redmond branch to Bellevue. The new branch is at 1048 116th Ave. N.E., in the Bellevue Design Market Center.
Bellevue-based Pharmacy OneSource promoted Tim Gibbons to chief executive officer and president. He has been president and chief operation officer since 2005. Gibbons succeeds his father, Terry Gibbons, who will continue to serve as the executive chairman on the board.
The Port of Olympia hired Kevin Ferguson as finance director and Kathleen White as communications manager. Ferguson has been chief financial officer for Washington Department of Community, Trade and Economic Development and the Bremerton School District. White has been a senior communications manager for Weyerhaeuser and public relations director for Washington Department of Personnel.

Seattle-based A Helping Hand Homecare recently added Marti Nelson as director of transportation home services. Nelson will manage Transportation Home Services, which provides clients a transition home from the hospital.
Seattle-based American Legal Copy, a litigation support and eDiscovery services company, has changed its name to Teris. Teris has 275 employees in six offices in Seattle, San Francisco, Silicon Valley, San Diego, Phoenix and Austin.
Seattle-based LizardTech, a division of Celartem and a provider of software solutions for managing and distributing digital content, hired Jeff Young as its business development manager for geospatial solutions. Young has 30 years experience and has worked at Leica Geosystems, Space Imaging and Bentley Systems.
SMG, a venue management, marketing and development company, made three new hires to its management team at the Lynnwood Convention Center. Sharon Ramento is sales manager and recently worked for the Woodmark Hotel in Kirkland. Naomi Carrier is catering operations manager. She worked for Sodexo Food Services at ABC/Disney Studios in Burbank, Calif. Cathy Maxwell is event manager. Maxwell has 20 years experience and worked at Waterways Cruises and Events.
