    Full development of Immunex's Seattle waterfront campus has been curtailed by new parent company Amgen.

    Construction projects frozen in mid-step by Puget Sound’s weakened economy are perplexing to contractors, community planners and owners, with at least two major projects leaving gaping holes in the ground that could be around for years -- one in Seattle, the other in Bellevue.
