Crane guy says his material hoist system saves time and money; frees up elevator, tower crane

Like most high-rise buildings under construction, the Center for Health and Healing South in Portland has a construction elevator and tower crane constantly moving workers and materials.
But the 15-story building has a piece of equipment running up-and-down its exterior that's new to the construction industry: the DOC High-Rise Material Hoist.
