Deborah L. Crosby has been promoted to vice president of the Service Division at Holaday-Parks. Crosby joined the mechanical contractor in 1997 as service sales manager. She was promoted to manager of the Service Division the next year, and secured national accounts with The Gap, Victoria Secret, HomeBase and Bath & Body Works. She also created an on-line service history, allowing customers and technicians to receive up-to-the-minute maintenance and service activity from a computer in the field. She is a graduate of California Polytechnic University and belongs to several professional associations.

Mechanical contractor Holaday-Parks has promoted
Rae Anne Leitner to vice president of pre-construction and project management services for the Design/Build Division. Leitner is a practicing engineer who holds a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Washington. She also serves on the American Society of Heating, Refrigeration and Air-Conditioning Engineers' board of governors as vice president/secretary. Some of her past projects include Pacific Place, ZymoGenetics and Targeted Genetics.

Charles Pankow Builders has hired
Mark Pesanti as a project superintendent and
Eric Holopainen as a project sponsor. Pesanti has over 20 years of construction experience and is currently coordinating the Red Door relocation project in Seattle's Fremont neighborhood. Holopainen has over 30 years of experience and holds an architectural technology degree from Ryerson College in Toronto. He is working on a 40-story highrise project at Third and Mission in San Francisco.
The Associated General Contractors of Washington installed its officers and trustees for 2001 during last month's annual meeting in Seattle. The new officers include: Bill Alexander of Edifice Construction Co., president; Bob Adams of Guy F. Atkinson Construction, first vice president; Kurt Hildebrand of Lease Crutcher Lewis, second vice president; Gary Jones of S & W Utility Contractors, secretary; and Philo Hall of Lease Crutcher Lewis, treasurer. Also, four district vice presidents were elected. They include: Wilf Wainhouse of Sellen Construction Co. for the Seattle District; David Huber of Impero Contracting for the Northern District; Len Zarelli of Merit Company for the Southern District; and Mike Poppoff of Poppoff Inc. for the Central District. Elected as trustees were: Kevin Ash of Blue Sky Landscape Services, Chris Buchanan of Charter Construction, Jason Decker of Elcon Corp., Mike Ducey of W.G. Clark Construction, Brett Ferullo of Northwest Construction, Erik Golub of BBG Group, Peter Hammett of Parker Smith & Feek, Jim Karambelas of GLY Construction, Ed Kommers of University Mechanical Contractors, Bob Marconi of Stanislaw Ashbaugh, Ben Minnick of the Seattle Daily Journal of Commerce, Greg Tadie of Ceco Concrete Construction, William Taylor of Wilder Construction, John Tremper of Howard S.
