Nuprecon

Demolition contractor Nuprecon has moved from Redmond into new digs at Snoqualmie Ridge Business Park in Snoqualmie. The company is occupying 18,000 square feet of a 45,000-square-foot building, and has been seeking tenants for the remaining space. Warehouse and dispatch operations will remain in Redmond until a new warehouse is built or leased. Nuprecon also has a regional office in Portland. In addition to demolition, the company operates a concrete cutting and coring division, a hazardous material abatement division and a drop-box recycle service division.

Snyder Roofing

Oregon State University’s Austin Family Business Program recently honored Snyder Roofing & Sheet Metal with the Oregon Family Business of the Year award. Snyder was named Medium Family Business of the Year. The award recognizes firms with 50 to 250 employees. Criteria includes business development, family-to-business linkage, contributions to the community and industry, innovative strategies and practices, succession preparedness and multi-generational family business involvement and longevity. Snyder has offices in Tigard, Ore., and Snohomish.
