Bruce Holms, a 25-year construction veteran, has been hired at Baugh Skanska as project executive. Joining him is
Tim O'Neill, who is applying his 18 years of experience in the role of senior project manager. Holms has worked on addition and renovation projects at the Space Needle, and the final phase of the Harbor Steps apartment. His new projects include the site headquarters building for Boeing’s Auburn plant and the Stadium High School modernization and additions project in Tacoma. O’Neill specializes in public and private education, plus high-rise mixed-use and residential projects. His current jobs include a seismic upgrade at Bellevue Square and Seattle University’s Law School addition.
Hutchinson

Seattle's Lease Crutcher Lewis has hired six employees, including
Larry Hutchinson as senior project engineer. Hutchinson has 23 years of experience, most recently with Turner Construction. He is working on a tenant improvement for Preston Gates & Ellis in the new IDX Tower in Seattle. He holds a bachelor's degree in civil engineering from San Francisco State University. Other hires at the company include
Brett Richardson as project engineer,
Suji Hall and
Cathy Mashburn as operations assistants,
Pam Homna as payroll assistant and
Carol Trail as jobsite operations assistant. Richardson comes from Baugh Skanska and holds a bachelor's degree in construction management from Arizona State University. Trail has over 20 years of experience, most recently with Sellen Construction.
King

Kyle King, vice president of Snyder Roofing and Sheet Metal, is transitioning into president of the Western States Roofing Contractors Association. His one-year term will begin July 1. As president, King will develop short and long range goals for the board and association, conduct all board meetings, and oversee all financial matters. He also will assist in the development of future convention schedules, visit and attend affiliate organizations' conventions and meetings, and develop all committee members' activities.
