LCG Pence, a general contractor based in Portland, has promoted and added employees at two of its Oregon offices. Paul Schulz was promoted to senior project manager and David Shriver to project manager in the Portland office. Mark Barcroft joined them as a project engineer. Brian Poissant was hired as a project engineer in the Tenant Improvement Division in Salem.
James Seligman has returned to Trepus Corp., a Redmond-based demolition contractor, after a 2½-year hiatus. Seligman has over 15 years of demolition experience, including four years in sales and marketing. He is focusing on customer relations as well as new bidding opportunities along the Pacific coast.
Swinerton Builders' Bellevue office has hired Chris Swenson as project executive; Terry Lettic and Tim Grafstrom as senior project managers; Robert Escalante and John Libenow as project managers; Sam Moore as a senior superintendent; Allen McGee and Steve Russell as superintendents; Dave Surowiec and Bill Wilson as assistant superintendents; and Jason Presl as project engineer. Swinerton operates 17 offices throughout the United States, including Hawaii.
