In Seattle, Lease Crutcher Lewis hired Won Moc as director of marketing, Chisulo Mulenga and Julie Schwer Edwards as project managers, and Jeremy Terry and Clint Aleong as project engineers. Moc has 13 years of marketing experience, with expertise in marketing strategy, branding, photography, graphic design and writing. Mulenga has seven years of construction experience, with a focus on office and tech tenant improvements. Schwer Edwards has more than 20 years of project management experience. Terry has seven years of project engineering experience, and is working on Peter Kirk and Margaret Mead elementary schools. Aleong has seven years of industry experience, with a focus on office tenant improvements. He worked on Mercedes-Benz Stadium in Atlanta prior to joining Lewis.

Matt Sanborn was promoted to vice president of business development for Skanska's building operations in Seattle. Skanska says Sanborn listens to customers and challenges project teams to innovate.





Walsh Construction Co. hired Abbi Quigg as front desk administrator, Margaret Haynes as project administrator, and Andrew Billings, Barbara Fearon and Alex Wright as project engineers. Quigg is working out of the company's Hoquiam office. Haynes, Billings and Wright are based in Seattle, and Fearon is in Tacoma. Walsh specializes in affordable mixed-use, multi-unit, special needs and student housing.

The Walsh Group hired Barry Pihowich as business group leader in Tukwila, where he oversees the company's Northwest transportation division. Pihowich has more than 30 years of industry experience, previously working as district manager and president/vice president for a major heavy-civil contractor.

In Seattle, Walsh Construction Co. promoted Ryan McBarron, Elliott Brown and Juanita McLaughlin to assistant superintendents, Jeromy Wood to metals trade superintendent, Marie Delano to project manager, Sandi Tovias to senior project manager, Chris Jeppesen to superintendent and Ryan Mertes to layout trade superintendent. McBarron joined Walsh in 2014 as a labor foreman. Brown joined the company in 2007 as a laborer. McLaughlin started at Walsh in 2015 as a project engineer. Wood has been with the company for 12 years, starting as a journeyman carpenter. Delano was a project administrator when she joined Walsh in 2007 and was later promoted to project engineer. Tovias joined the company in 2013 as a project manager. Jeppesen was a project engineer at Walsh from 2012 to 2014 and recently returned as an assistant superintendent. Mertes was a journeyman carpenter when he joined the company in 2010, and was promoted to carpenter foreman on the layout crew in 2016.




Sumner-based Wayne's Roofing promoted Rodney Wetherbee to president, Donald Guthrie to chairman/CFO, Daniel Johnson to executive vice president/COO and Brian Butler to vice president/CSO.
